By some extraordinary coincidence, our time with Guppi again begins at the flea market. Except this time he brought his girlfriend, Dina Caliente.
They do seem to enjoy one anothers company and she is constantly asking him out. Which is good because I’ve never used this jealousy trait before and it’s stressing me out.
Speaking of stress…
I thought this picture was hilarious since the whole reason he was stressed was because he hadn’t seen her and then she appeared for an unexpected visit.
They are just so happy together. But I don’t know if I can take much more of the jealousy stress, Guppi. Either have her move in or earn enough points for the carefree reward.
Just make it quick… for my sanity!
Or that, that works too.
Initially I was going to wait for the romace festival (it’s my favorite place for weddings) but I wasn’t sure if it was the upcoming Friday or the next one before Guppi could fulfill his marriage want so I just did it asap. Stress moodlets stress me out.
But then I realized that Dina wanted to be a master mixologist. So even with her living in the house with their opposing work schedules Gups was still going to be constantly stressed.
I guess it’s the carefree reward if we want to keep Gup Gup happy.
We’ve got a couple sim weeks to kill before anything happens and since we now have a new family member let’s get to know her.
I’m sure Dina doesn’t need much of an introduction we all know her, so I’ll give you a quick recap. Active, ambitious and romantic Dina is working in the culinary career
She can usually be found behind the bar practicing her technique and making Guppi his evening cocktail after a tough day experimenting.
Gup has started bringing the experimentation home to get that extra logic boost.
And to decorate the penthouse.
Oh wait we were talking about Dina weren’t we?
I’m actually having a lot of fun with her she’s a very sweet sim who is definitely head over heels for our mint.
I’ve played with both her other relatives (and Don) back in my Katz save but no one ever took any notice of her so its nice to get to know her.
Sorry I just love the view from their bedroom.
Anyhoo, after running into her sister during her nightly jog I remembered I had to mark the Calientes as unplayed so they would age and be affected by story progression.
And oh boy were they affected.
Katrina and Nina both ended up married before I switched households and the comical thing is, is that Nina married her new step-brother or maybe mom married Ninas father-in-law either way it made me laugh.
As a spouse Dina is turning into the perfect match.
I mean look at how adorable they are together.
Immediately after photo time Dina rolled the try for baby want.
If we are ever going to meet the rose generation someone needed to do it.
Isn’t this your legacy Gup?
Oh yeah!
Did it work?
Ah Gup you are such a smug Beri. It wasn’t even your idea.
But to answer your question…
Yes, it worked.
Ok, generation rose is on the way. I suppose it’s time we talked about the mints progress.
Firstly Guppis bff Benny is about to be deleted (he hit elder, elders must be purged, too many ghosts means a slow game). So say goodbye to Guppis only male friend.
Just a little side note Benny actually ended up marrying the cute girl Guppi met on his first day in San Myshuno. I like to think Guppi is to thank for that.
Now, I’m sure you’re asking yourself why Benny’s imminent departure is important.
Guppi losing his best friend isn’t enough for you, you unfeeling fiends?!
Well fine then, it’s important because now that Gup doesn’t have Benny at work things have gotten rather tense with his new co-workers.
I have now made it my mission to actually attend work with Guppi on Dinas days off and these sims just don’t get the minty flavor.
That’s alright,
Guppi has Mintos (his simray) to put them in their place.
If that’s not enough reason to be upset about Benny. Guppi had binded his voodoo doll to him now we’ll have to target someone else.
Ok, I guess it wasn’t a huge deal.
It’s not like Guppi doesn’t have any friends left. He actually has a few very close friends who should probably stop inviting him to parties.
Yeah, I don’t think describing the apocalypse to your friends daughter is the best idea Gup.
Guppis got this whole founder thing down.

Oh and thanks to Dina, the rose generation is here.
Hello there Wilma, welcome to the fun!
I’ve thought long and hard about this and I’m not going to follow a patriarchy I’m going to go with the games flow. It gives me a boy, great, a girl great. We will leave it to fate.
