Here we are starting yet another legacy. If the Foxes could stop with the multiple births I could stop starting new ones.
The Lynx legacy seems pretty self-explanatory. This will be a cat-lover legacy all the way. Children will either have to inherit the trait or marry someone who has it.
First things first, I moved Catarina and Joel out of the shack she was living in. I mean come on that was no place to raise a legacy. So they got a cute little shell home in Newcrest.
Immediately upon moving to their new digs we got a notification we were expecting kittens.
Fan Flippin’ Tastic!
I’m the one who wanted to start a cat-lover legacy.
Now, initially, I was going to send one of the kittens off to live with another family. BUT…
I changed my mind.
What I did change was the household limit to 9 and it seemed to be golden for everyone. But then I just went back to this house and we lost a kitty. -insert sad face here-
So, this is Poppy the Lynx kitty who almost wasn’t.
And of course Cat’s original kitties.
These cats are fun to watch.
Our founders, Joel and Catarima are both foodies and work in the culinary career.
Cat is only a level 3 caterer but she doesn’t need to worry about money because Joel is already a star chef and brings home plenty of dough.
Joel is very close to his family so they visit often.
Being at the top of his career Joel has more time off than Cat so he’s able to take his uncle Harry up on a boy’s knight out.
Not long into my playthrough Catarina thought they should make this legacy official.
For the wedding, I opted for no ceremony and just sent them to that big castle thing in WIndenburgh.
After the long walk to the wedding arch they officially became Mr and Mrs Lynx.
Naturally, the first thing you do upon returning home from such a major event is lay on the sidewalk in your expensive duds and cloud gaze.
It always makes me smile when they randomly start singing to one another.
Caleb came by the next day and learned the exciting news.
Not the wedding new though. This news.
Baby incoming!
Everything in this house breaks all the damn time! There’s no rest even for the heavily pregnant.
Off to the hospital.
It’s a girl!
Things got moving real quick here.
May have something to do with the fact Joel’s so close to his adult birthday. But regardless of why, we have a second genre for our cat-loving family.
