Teddy’s Our Only Hope

So, here we are back at Serenity.

Which sadly has been pretty boring to write about so far.

I love this little family but I’m so busy running their restaurant that not much else goes on.

They’re not as nuts or active as my other homes so they’ve been in the background so far.

Hopefully, Teddy can help bring that around with Generation 2.

Teddy is an active but very friendly kid and has mastered his aspiration.

His best friend is Glory they simply can’t be parted.

For his birthday he waited for his fathers to get home from work before blowing out the candles on the cake Papa Harry made before leaving in the morning.

Of course, there was an obligatory makeover.

Isn’t he a cutie?

The perfect blend of his parents.

Now that he’s older he can do more things with his favorite doggo.

They especially love to go on adventures together.

The lighthouse ones have the silliest stories.

Teddy grew into a confident (self-assured) teen. Which is good because he’s definitely heir unless he rolls evil.

Serenity can simply not afford another child. There’s no room in this tiny little abode and they can’t handle the expense of renovations.

Poor Neil and Harry they both desperately want more kids.

Maybe that’s why he aspires to be fabulously wealthy so he can bring this family out of the starter phases.

I thought this aspiration was hard with a 3rd generation sim. This is going to be a miracle if I pull it off with a family that’s barely scraping by.

As heir of my first restaurant-owning family, Teddy learns the ropes from Papa Harry about how to run things.

He’s perfect for the job, the customers love him.

He even plays his violin for them.

Definitely a help because this place is seriously lacking ambiance.

Decorations cost money!

Even though they are making a profit it’s only about a thousand simoleons a day and that was at the end of this post.

Running a restaurant is a heck of a lot harder than a vet clinic but it’s at least fun, unlike store management.

We’ll get this place looking snazzy one day.

So since our boy is the heir I thought we’d see about getting him a love interest.

No legacy can continue without babies.

He had brought home this lovely lady

from school before so I thought why not?

Oh, I see how it is.

Well, screw you then, random sim I don’t remember the name of!

There are plenty of other Sims in the sea. You’ll be dead by the time I get back to playing this house now so,

ya know,

your loss!

Teddy will just go back to his stolen tablet that Neil keeps taking from work.

Maybe we’ll have more luck as an adult?

OMG!

Look at him!

I think I’m in love.

I’m sure he’ll be able to find himself a lucky lady now.

You know, when he’s not trying to become filthy rich as an investor in business or running the family restaurant.

Doesn’t leave much time to meet new people though, does it?

Hmm

Well, let’s try the bartender who was creeping at his ya adult birthday.

Wait where’s she going, we’re not done.

Better, better.

Let’s take things indoors that’d be an improvement on the last one.

Looking good Teddy. She’s definitely digging you.

Time to make your move.

I think there’s hope for you, yet.

Oh wait it’s time to go.

Let me just flag her with MC so she doesn’t die or get knocked up or married while I check in with our other families.
