Onyx doesn’t exactly have what you would call a plan for his future as the family heir. He is really just hoping that he can kind of coast on the Landgraab name and the public fascination with his family.
Upon hearing this, his sister Tiara, who is far more responsible, decided to take it upon herself to reach out to some news stations to see what sort of “reality” show they may consider.
When Onyx received an e-mail from TSC (The Sims Channel) he was unsurprised. Just assuming that because there was a new heir they were interested in him.
Not knowing that it was all thanks to his big sister.
Onyx isn’t exactly as cold-hearted as most of his predecessors. He is a lot more like his grandfather who was more interested in living a quiet life until an unfortunate “accident” befell his big brother.
Onyx loves to take care of plants, paint, and nurture the earth but that’s not really something you could live by.
Actually you could but to make a decent income that way takes time.
Which Onyx does not have.
His parents left him broke, taking every simoleon in the family vault and the family’s servo.
Plus with all of his sisters moving out he has very much been left to his own devices.
Lucky for him his step-sister Marigold had received a substantial inheritance from both her grandmother’s and her fathers’ wills and she generously split it between all of her Landgraab siblings.
With the simoleons and his sister Tiaras influence, he was able to redecorate the whole Landgraab mansion into a far more Berry influence with some additions for his new reality show “The Bachelor”.
It wasn’t long after construction the contestants moved into the brand-new luxurious basement.
From left to right meet Kiersten, Crumbly, Mystic, Goosefoot, Sooty, and Carrie.
On the day they moved in the contestants had to cook dinner. The winner would be chosen by who made the best dinner and raised the skill the highest.
Setting yourself on fire was an immediate loss.
Onyx is an erratic sim there’s no way he’s putting out a fire so a random roll of the dice determines if Mystic is allowed to save herself.
This time Carrie got lucky but she’s starting the competition at a deficit. Losing 5 points in the overall score of the week to avoid elimination.
Kiersten however, is starting out in a good way. Winning the challenge and being the first to get some one on one time with the most wanted bachelor.
Day 01 is when things really began to get heated. Because self immolation isn’t hot enough.
First was the feed Alvin challenge just like the previous day.
This time Mystic was the lucky winner.
After a rather saucy meal together Alvin decided she would be allowed to leave the basement for a bit to help him with some personal business.
Come Tuesday it was challenge day where it was revealed to the contestants that they were to be making Jack-o-Lanterns.
It wasn’t about skill or how many who created but about how many simoleons these creations would bring in.
As they worked and the deadline approached it became apparent that some were more committed to winning that first date than others.
By the time the countdown ended both Sooty and Crumbly had 4 pumpkins apiece.
This made it all about who brought in the most simoleons.
Sooty – 27+29+21+61=138
Crumbly-17+18+17+40=92
Clearly Sooty is our winner and her and Onyx headed out for their first date to the local Oasis Springs gym.
They spent some quality together.
Getting to know each other quite intimately.
Just like Mystic things got extra hot in the sauna.
Unlike our pink friend, Sooty soon had rather surprising news after her first one on one encounter with the much sought-after Onyx.
As the week neared its second competition and the contestants tried to prepare themselves as best they could. Despite not knowing what they would be asked to do. Another feed Alvin challenge went horribly wrong.
Goosefoot was the poor victim this time and sadly for her, she wasn’t as lucky as Mystic.
That’s one way to leave “The Bachelor” house. Not like you can just walk out the door, they are all locked.
